• No returns for TCG cancellations: Practitioners can now cancel a TCG-warrantied fitting and apply for cancellation credit directly through the Valley Contax website, no physical returns required.

• No returns for broken or manufacturer replacement lenses: If a lens requires replacement, practitioners can contact Valley Contax Customer Service to receive an immediate complimentary replacement lens without needing to send the original back.

In addition to the new features, the TCG continues to offer standardized pricing, free shipping, material flexibility, unlimited remakes, 120-day cancellations, a risk-free 100% credit for patient cancellations, and free add-on services, such as edge vault and quadrant-specific choices.
